Ford Triton insert repair kits are designed to aid in the repair of a common problem in the Ford Triton family of motors. The spark plug tends to break off in the cylinder head during maintenance. If this problem is not repaired properly it can result in damaged or unusable spark plug threads, or in extreme cases the possibility of a spark plug blow out. Cal-Van Tools Ford Triton insert kits will assist you in repairing those damaged threads or blowouts in 30 minutes or less per cylinder.
Designed to aid in repairing Ford Triton 2-Valve engines modular cylinders heads (1996-2003). Average repair time as short as 25 minutes. Our spark plug thread repair kit is perfect for Ford Two Valve Modular Cylinders from 1996 to 2003. Fits 4.6L, 5.4L, and 6.8 V-10 2-Valve engines.
