The core material is solid 3/8"e; (9.5cm) fiber-rich, custom blended, fiberglass.
Each is hand wound with double insulated 19 gauge copper wire.

Covered with a static reducing, water-tight sleeve containing UV and pigment stabilizers
A vinyl cap is provided to protect the tuning mechanism from the elements.

The versatility of the tuning screw design offers a wide tuning range
The lowest frequency is achieved by having the tuning screw in its highest lockable position and the vinyl cap installed.
Likewise, the highest frequency of the antenna can be found with both the vinyl cap and tuning mechanism removed.
