Metra's iBeam window mount full HD DVR is a convenient way to capture potentially vital information related to traffic collisions or other incidents. The full 1080 HD video quality capability ensures that you will be able to read license plates and street signs clearly – in case video evidence needs to be presented in a court setting or for insurance purposes. Providing ample storage capability there is also an option to take still photos with the press of a button. This window mount DVR plugs into a standard 12V outlet which is universal to most vehicles and can be installed forward or rear-facing. This DVR also provides remote access – simply connect via Wi-Fi and mobile app to view live recording – videos – pictures – and change settings. Built-in g-force sensor detects collisions and locks the captured video to prevent it from being overwritten.
