They use a special tri-node 5050 SMD LED that can emit any color via the included control unit. You can set the rings to one color—or use one of the dozens of pre-programmed LED effects. Oracle Lighting ColorSHIFT halo kits also include a remote control (where noted), so you can control them from anywhere near your car at the push of a button (wireless controller sold separately for fog light ring kits).
